It also allows full use of the MyAppuccino dashboard with access to technical documentation and support services. And also allows you to use the MyEspresso app to manage and preview your projects.
A: The app is compatible with both Android and iOS (iPhone).
A: Before you buy you can use the free trial and have limited use of the preview app.
A: We only supply it as white label. There’s no ads, pop ups or blocks on MyAppuccino and never will be.
A: You can expect to reduce the development time for a new app from months to days – that’s what we’ve achieved using the system.
A: Any competent WordPress developer will be able to implement MyAppuccino. It’s designed to be used by individuals, small to medium sized digital agencies and companies with in-house developers but will also appeal to larger app producers for quick working models or smaller projects that wouldn’t normally be cost effective for them to tackle.
A: You will receive a licence to use the MyAppuccino engine for one app, access to full FAQs, ‘how to’ videos and tutorials, online support, a blog and community.
A: We can’t guarantee Apple App Store will publish your app but we’ve had 100% success rate without amendments so far.

A: Yes absolutely. All the content is downloaded and any updates are delivered when the device is online. Obviously payment and booking gateways will always need to be online to function as do elements that require realtime updating.
A: No the app is not an iframe, it pulls in content directly from your WordPress site using the MyAppuccino for WordPress plugin.
A: No, MyAppuccino is designed to be used by any competent WordPress developer.
A: No, other than your developer licences, everything you need is in the purchase price. There’s no recurring costs either. A marketplace is available featuring additional themes and plugins if you want to save time. If you build a theme or plugin we can put that onto the store and you can receive a commission for any sales.
A: Once you have purchased the licence to publish your app using MyAppuccino you are unable to cancel.
A: Absolutely. You can build you pages using whatever theme you want.
A: If they are implemented correctly they should. With any plugin you may need to add custom functionality to enable it to work within the app.
A: You can link to a URL outside of your App or launch the InApp Browser, alternatively you can pull data over the WordPress API using custom functionality.
A: You can change the styling of your app through the MyAppuccino for WordPress plugin. We have also included Sass styling files to allow you to automate your workflow.
A: You can include videos by using direct video tags or using embedded YouTube frames.
A: Yes, push notifications can be sent through OneSignal and you can set up a free account to do this.
A: Obviously we can’t test every device but MyAppuccino is compatible with iPhone 5 upwards running the latest version of iOS.
A: Obviously we are unable to test every device but MyAppuccino is compatible with Android version 4.4 onwards.
A: Your data is stored and managed through your WordPress site and the app caches the content until changes are made.

The information contained in this policy has been published to inform you of the way in which any Personal Data (as defined below) you provide us with or we collect from you will be used. When you access or use MyAppuccino, you agree to our privacy policy and you consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your Personal Data, for the purpose of making our Service available to you, in accordance with this policy.

We will collect, store, use and disclose Personal Data in accordance with all applicable laws relating to the protection of Personal Data, including the EU Data Protection Directive 95/46/EC, the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 the EU ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC, as amended by Directive 2009/136/EC, as amended or superseded from time to time and any national implementing legislation (“Data Protection Laws”).

For the purposes of Data Protection Laws, in relation to any Personal Data you or any Users, submit to our platform, you will be the data controller and we will be a data processor of such Personal Data.

Personal data we may obtain from you

“Personal Data” or “Personal Information” is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, email address or phone number.

Non-identifiable information is information that our system records in order for you to use our services. It is not possible to identify you using this data. This information may include the page you are browsing, the OS you are using and the browser you are using.

We may obtain and use the following Personal Data about you and anyone you chose to add to our platform:

We store the Personal Data you and your Users provide us with on our secure servers. In the event of us giving you or your Users (or you/they choosing) a password which grants you/them access to specific areas within our Website or Service, it remains your/their responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of this password. This includes the responsibility to refrain from sharing your/their password with other parties.

As the transmission of data via the Internet cannot be assumed completely secure, we cannot guarantee the security of any of your or your Users’ data transmitted to our Website or Service; you are therefore responsible for any risk associated with such transmission. We will however at all times take all reasonable steps to ensure the transmission of your and your Users’ data is executed as securely as possible, and upon receipt of your/their data we will continue at all times to enforce strict security procedures and features in an attempt to prevent any unauthorised access.

Disclosure of your and your Users’ Personal Data (including, without limitation, Client Data) to third parties will only occur in any of the following events:

(i) our service providers involved in the provision, distribution, delivery and support of the Service, including the storage of any Customer Data;

(ii) fraud prevention agencies;

Our service providers have to follow our express instructions when processing the Personal Data you or your Customers provide and must have in place appropriate technical and organisational security measures to safeguard such Personal Data, and we do not allow them to use this information for their own commercial purposes.

You retain the right to request us to refrain from processing your data for the purposes of marketing. To exercise such right, you may reply to any information we send you, detailing your request that we refrain from sending any marketing correspondence, or you can exercise this same right by contacting us electronically via email at support@MyAppuccino.com. If at any time we intend to use your data for such marketing purposes, however, it is standard practice for us to make you aware in advance of collecting such data.

We may at times provide links on our Website to third party websites, including without limitation those owned or managed by our partner networks, affiliates or advertisers. These websites have separate privacy policies, and we, therefore, cannot accept any responsibility for the content. As such, choosing to follow these links is a choice you make at your own risk, and we advise that you check these websites’ individual privacy policies before submitting any personal data.

You retain at all times the right to access / amend / delete any Personal Data we hold about you or to exercise your right of data portability or to object to, or restrict, the purposes for which your Personal Data is processed on certain grounds. You may exercise this right by making a request in accordance with Data Protection Laws, by emailing support@MyAppuccino.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the UK data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner should you be dissatisfied with the way that we handle your Personal Data.

You undertake to notify your Customers of this privacy policy and of their rights under the Data Protection Law. We will provide you with reasonable assistance to enable you to comply and respond to a request, query or complaint from your Customer in relation to their Personal Data, however, the ultimate responsibility for dealing with such issues raised by your Customers, is yours and not MyAppuccino.

How long we keep personal data for

We will keep your and your Users’ Personal Data for the duration of the Service and in accordance with your instructions or for such periods as may be required by law.

Data removal

You may request the removal of your data at any time by emailing support@MyAppuccino.com however, core functions of the service and user experience may be compromised.

Changes to our privacy policy

If at any time we make a change to this policy, we will update this page to reflect such change. Where we feel it appropriate, we will notify you by email, however we recommend you review this page periodically to ensure you remain happy with the latest version.

MyAppuccino Licence Terms and Conditions

By using the MyAppuccino System and Support Services (collectively referred to as “the Services”) of Yarrington Limited (company number 3671558) trading as MyAppuccino (“MyAppuccino”) the Customer agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Service Terms and Conditions”).

1. Acceptance

1.1. MyAppuccino reserves the right to update and change the Service Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the Services, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Service Terms and Conditions.

1.2. Continued use of the Services after any such changes shall constitute the Customer’s consent to such changes. The most current version of the Service Terms and Conditions at any time at: www.MyAppuccino.com/legal

1.3. Violation of any of the Service Terms and Conditions below will result in the termination of your Account.

1.4. The Customer hereby acknowledges and agrees that MyAppuccino shall not be responsible for the content posted on the Services (“Content”) and The Customer hereby agrees to use the Service at its own risk.

2. Customer Obligations

2.1. The Customer hereby agrees to the following obligations as conditions of using the Services:

2.1.1. The Customer must be 18 years of age or older to use the Services.

2.1.2. The Customer must provide its legal full name, a valid email address, full billing information and any other information requested in order to complete the registrations process and advise MyAppuccino as soon as possible as to any changes or updates to such information.

2.1.3. The Customer is responsible for maintaining the security of its account and password. MyAppuccino shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the Customer’s failure to comply with such security obligations.

2.1.4. The Customer is responsible for all Content posted and activity that occurs under your account (even when Content is posted by others who have gained access to the Customer’s account).

2.1.5. The Customer must not modify, adapt, hack or reverse engineer the Services (including source code) or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with the Services, or any other MyAppuccino service.

2.1.6. The Customer may not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

2.1.7. The Customer must not violate any laws in its jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright and other intellectual property laws) in any way connected (whether directly or indirectly) to its use of the Services.

2.1.8. The Customer must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Services, use of the Services, or access to the Services without the express written permission by MyAppuccino.

2.1.9. The Customer must not upload, post, host, or transmit unsolicited email, SMSs, or “spam” messages.

2.1.10. The Customer must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

3. Payments and Refund Terms

3.1. The Customer shall pay MyAppuccino the licence fee for the Services via credit card, debit card, bank transfer or PayPal prior to using the Services.

3.2. The fee shall be determined by the package selected by the Customer at the time of purchase.

3.3. The Customer shall not, in any circumstances, be entitled to any refunds or credits for setup fees, payments in lieu of service, or upgrade/downgrade refunds.

3.4. All fees payable in respect of the Services are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.

3.5. MyAppuccino will use commercially reasonable efforts to enable the Customer’s application approved by the appropriate mobile platform provider. MyAppuccino is not able to guarantee acceptance. If a Customer’s application is denied by the appropriate mobile platform provider the Customer shall be entitled to cancel its account, however, any payments received by MyAppuccino prior to notification of non-acceptance by a mobile platform provider shall be non-refundable in accordance with clause 3.1.

4. Modifications to the Services and Prices

4.1. MyAppuccino reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services (or any part thereof) and to revise the fees payable in respect of the Services, in all cases with or without notice.

4.2. MyAppuccino shall not be liable to the Customer or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Services.

4.3. From time to time, MyAppuccino may issue an update to the MyAppuccino systems that may add, modify, and/or remove features from the system. These updates may be undertaken automatically with little or no notice, although MyAppuccino will take all reasonable steps to notify the Customer in advance of an upcoming update, including details on what the update includes.

5. Intellectual Property Rights and Content

5.1. MyAppuccino claims no intellectual property rights over the material the Customer provides to the Service including Content.

5.2. All intellectual property rights (including source code) arising out of the creation and development of the Services by MyAppuccino shall be and shall remain the sole property of MyAppuccino.

6. General Conditions

6.1. The Customer’s use of the System is at the Customer’s sole risk. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Technical support is only available via email. The technical support email address is support@MyAppuccino.com.

6.2. The Customer hereby acknowledges that MyAppuccino uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Services and that MyAppuccino cannot be held liable for any failure or delay on the part of such third party vendors and hosting partners.

6.3. Verbal, physical, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any MyAppuccino customer, employee, member, or officer will result in immediate account termination.

6.4. MyAppuccino does not warrant that (i) the service will meet your specific requirements, (ii) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable, (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations, and (v) any errors in the Service will be corrected.

6.5. The Customer hereby acknowledged and agrees that MyAppuccino shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if MyAppuccino has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the service; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service; (iii) unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the service; (v) or any other matter relating to the service.

6.6. The failure of MyAppuccino to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Service Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

6.7. These Service Terms and Conditions shall constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and MyAppuccino and govern the Customer’s use of the Services, superseding any prior agreements between you and MyAppuccino (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of these terms and conditions).

6.8. Under no circumstances shall MyAppuccino’s liability under this agreement exceed the amount actually paid to MyAppuccino by the Customer during the 12 months preceding the event which causes such liability to arise.

7. Governing Law

This agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
